Cloud 9 Villa Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Cloud 9 Villa, located in Kerala, India, is a luxury villa offering accommodation and services to guests. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Cloud 9 Villa (the “Villa”) and its guests (the “Guests”).
Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made online or through authorized travel agents.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking, with balance payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards, Bank Transfer, or Cheque.
- Cancellation policy:
- 30+ days prior to arrival: 75% refund
- 15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival: No refund
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2 PM
- Check-out time: 11 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must provide valid identification upon arrival.
- Guests are responsible for damages caused to villa property.
- Guests must respect villa rules and regulations.
- No unauthorized guests allowed.
Services and Amenities
- Room cleaning and laundry services provided.
- Meal options available: Breakfast , Lunch, and Dinner (additional charges apply).
- Wi-Fi and TV facilities available.
Liability and Indemnity
- The Villa shall not be liable for guest injuries or property damage.
- Guests indemnify the Villa against any claims, damages, or losses.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws.
- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Patna, Bihar, India.
Additional Terms
- The Villa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
- Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance.
